Easy Transition Guide For A Vegan/Vegetarian Diet
I have put together a list of my favorite vegan products that I use regularly!
I never suggest going "cold turkey" vegan or vegetarian in one sitting. For long term commitments, I recommend replacing one category at a time, and once you make that a habit, move to the next category. It is all about replacing habits. It takes 21 days to form a habit, so give it some time.
Dairy is actually an addiction (look it up it's true), it will be one of the hardest things to rid from your diet, but luckily the vegan market has changed quite a bit since I first become a vegan/vegetarian over 15 years ago. There are so many great options these days.
